We are so delighted to be able to offer two paid opportunities at BrightStore.
We are seeking a Coordinator, to manage the day to day running of our four stores, this role has secured funding for 6 months and we are awaiting confirmation of further funding. This role is 18 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, these days are unfortunately not flexible. We are ideally looking for someone with both project management and volunteer coordination experience, and someone with an unflappable and caring nature! To start ASAP.
We are also seeking a fixed term temporary marketing and research assistant, to support us with work primarily in Whitehawk. We have 14 days funding for this work, which needs to be completed by the end of September. We are anticipating someone working 2 or 3 days each week until then.
Both roles would need to be dedicated to a new and rapidly expanding organisation and to have an interest in tackling the issues of food waste and food inequality.
